Any complaint made about You be the difference by either a member of the public or an employee of The Centre for Cerebral must be referred in the first instance to The Centre for Cerebral Palsy.  Such a complaint should be specific and in writing. Upon receipt of a complaint, The Centre for Cerebral will use its best endeavors to respond to the complaint and resolve any matters arising from it within 7 days. If, following a response from The Centre for Cerebral Plasy, the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, it may be referred for consideration by the WA Office of Fair Trading.
